What TigerFlo does

TigerFlo reads the sales data you upload, shows which customers may need a call or an offer, and drafts WhatsApp messages. The suggestions are only suggestions. You decide whom to contact, what discount to give and what to send.

Your account

• Give correct details when you sign up, and keep your password private.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us quickly if you think someone else has used it.
• You must be 18 or older and allowed to act for your business.

Your data stays yours

You own the data you upload. You allow us to store and process it only to run TigerFlo for you. You can clear it or delete your account at any time from Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains the details.

Using TigerFlo fairly

• Only upload data you have the right to use.
• Only message customers who are happy to hear from you. Do not send spam, and follow WhatsApp's rules for business messages.
• Do not try to break, overload or get around the security of TigerFlo, or access other people's accounts.
• Do not use TigerFlo for anything illegal.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to make the suggestions useful, but we cannot promise that any customer will order or pay. The results depend on your data, your customers and your decisions. Please check important numbers before acting on them.

Price

TigerFlo is free while we are in early access. Before any paid plan starts, we will tell you the price and you can choose whether to continue. We will never charge you without your agreement.

Keeping the service running

We try to keep TigerFlo available all the time, but there may be breaks for maintenance or problems outside our control. We may change or improve features over time.

Our responsibility

TigerFlo is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost profit or lost business, from using or not being able to use TigerFlo. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under Indian law that cannot be removed.

Stopping

You can stop using TigerFlo and delete your account at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why unless the law does not allow it.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. For important changes we will tell you in the app before they apply.
